Fernando Aguilar Marín

He has been a practicing member of the Málaga Bar Association since September 2006. He obtained his Law degree from the University of Málaga in June 2006 and later expanded his training by completing the “Antonio Naya” Legal Practice School at ICA Málaga (formerly the Master’s in Legal Practice).

Since the beginning of his legal career, he has been part of the Lex Bureau team, primarily providing legal advice to clients in civil and commercial matters, as well as handling out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation issues. He also manages judicial proceedings in both civil and criminal jurisdictions. Additionally, he specializes in immigration law, a branch of administrative law that constitutes one of his main areas of expertise.
